It doesn’t take a genius to discover that we’re much more engaged when we’re doing something of meaning, something aligned with our values and something we can stand behind. Believe me, it’s the worst feeling when you preach the healthy lifestyle, but don’t look the part yourself. Doing it right everyone wins. Your health, the animals and the planet and you keep doing it because it’s close to your heart.
